These Terms of Service govern your use of TheCardHabit.com and purchases made from The Card Habit, operated by CardHabit LLC (“The Card Habit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service as well as our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

We sell trading cards, graded cards, sealed trading card products, collectibles, supplies, and other related merchandise.

Product availability, pricing, promotions, and other information may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, purchase-limit violations, or other circumstances that could negatively affect our business or customers.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screens, manufacturing variations, and other factors.

Trading cards and collectible products may have minor manufacturer imperfections unless otherwise stated.

Any condition, grading, or authenticity information provided by an independent grading company is the responsibility of that grading company.

Trading cards, sealed products, and other collectibles may change in market value after an order is placed.

A change in market value does not entitle either the customer or The Card Habit to cancel an otherwise valid completed transaction solely because the item's value increased or decreased.

Returns and cancellations remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information when placing an order.

An order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment if inventory, payment, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate issues prevent us from completing the order.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated as required during checkout.

Certain products may be subject to quantity limits. We reserve the right to cancel orders or quantities that reasonably appear to circumvent stated purchase limits, including multiple orders associated with the same customer, household, payment method, or shipping address.

Products sold as preorders will be identified as such on the applicable product page.

Manufacturer or distributor release dates may change. Estimated release and shipping dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Cancellation and refund eligibility for preorders is governed by our Return & Refund Policy and any additional terms disclosed on the product page.

Shipping methods, processing, delivery estimates, lost shipments, incorrect addresses, damaged shipments, and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, refunds, final-sale items, damaged orders, sealed products, trading card singles, and graded cards are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Information submitted through our “Sell Your Collection” service does not create an obligation for The Card Habit to purchase a collection.

Any preliminary valuation or estimate may be revised after inspection if the quantity, condition, authenticity, contents, or other characteristics of the collection differ materially from the information originally provided.

A transaction is not final until both parties have agreed to the applicable terms.

You may not use this website to engage in fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity; interfere with the operation or security of the website; attempt unauthorized access to systems or customer information; knowingly provide false transaction information; or violate applicable law.

The Card Habit name, branding, original graphics, photographs, written content, and other original website materials owned by CardHabit LLC may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.

Third-party trademarks, product names, game names, artwork, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, website hosting, and other functionality.

We are not responsible for disruptions or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary.

Except as required by applicable law, products and services are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing on this website constitutes financial or investment advice, including statements regarding collectible values or market pricing.
